The service is currently $10 per month per line. Your unlocked phone must support adding and using a T-Mobile eSIM, which is a digital SIM, alongside your existing service.

Check the exact phone
Use T-Mobile's checker and enter your phone's IMEI, the identification number found in its settings. Different versions of the same phone model may have different support. Service for non-T-Mobile customers also requires an unlocked phone that supports a digital eSIM.

Activate the service
Confirm that T-Satellite is active on the line and that your physical SIM or digital eSIM is set up as T-Mobile requires.

Check and prepare the app
T-Mobile's supported-app list and this site's Android app check are separate. Confirm that T-Mobile currently supports the app, then install, update, and sign in before leaving coverage.
Satellite data is slower and less reliable than ordinary cellular data. Features may take longer or be unavailable, even in a supported app.

Emergency satellite features are different
T-Mobile Text to 911, Apple Emergency SOS, and Pixel Satellite SOS provide emergency communication on eligible phones. They are not service plans for running the Android apps in this catalog over satellite.
